How to Purchase Helminthic Therapy
- Complete every section of the qualification Questionnaire (download here) and either fax or email it to us (instructions for submission are included in the Questionnaire).
- After submission you will be sent an email acknowledging receipt, and providing you with further documentation that you have to read to prepare for the qualification interview. The interview will be scheduled in that return email, if the date and time proposed is not convenient just let us know a better date and time. We will be calling you, Skype is preferred.
- Conduct an interview with our staff to determine if you are eligible, to ensure your questions are answered, and so that we can make sure you are aware of the important characteristics of the therapy.
- If after the interview, and a sufficient period of contemplation and further research, you decide to purchase therapy simply indicate your desire to do so by completing and returning the Client Agreement, which will have been sent to you amongst the documents sent to you in reply to submission to your Questionnaire.
- On receipt of the completed Client Agreement we will call you to schedule shipping, and follow up calls, as well as to arrange payment.
- Therapy is shipped (we ship worldwide), instructions for self-adminstration are included in the reply to your completed Questionnaire.
- Follow up includes supplemental doses as required, scheduled interviews, email and telephone support, etc.
- No one is denied therapy on financial grounds.
